At Bribie District Little Athletics, we are so lucky to have a team of experienced and passionate coaches helping our athletes learn, grow and reach their potential. Hereโ€™s a look at a few youโ€™ll see trackside this season:
๐Ÿ”ฅ Brodie โ€“ Javelin Coach
  • Level 2 Advanced Throws Coaching Accreditation
  • Certificate III in Personal Training
  • Competed at National Level with top 10 results in all four throws
  • Gold in Discus & Shot Put and Silver in Javelin at the QLD Police & Emergency Services Games
  • Currently an active firefighter at Bribie Fire & Rescue
  • Comes from a strong athletics family – his little brother is a 2 x Paralympian and former World Champion para javelin thrower
  • In and around the sport for over 15 years

  • Over 20 years if sprinting experience across all levels of competition
  • New to coaching, but bring strong passion and energy to support young athletes
  • Nearly 10 years of experience as a teacher, focused on helping students grow and reach their full potential
  • Committed to inspiring and supporting athletes both on and off the track
  • Excited to bring person knowledge and experience to the team
  • Looking forward to a fantastic season ahead with Bribie District Little Athletics!

  • Owner of Invictus Strength and Conditioning
  • Level 2 Coach with Athletics Australia & Surf Lifesaving Australia (Sprinting)
  • Former Head Sprint Coach at Bribie & Maroochydore SLC
  • Coaches athletes at national and state level in Flag, Football, Soccer and MMA
  • Brings a wealth of speed, strength and conditioning expertise to our club.

  • Proud sponsor of Bribie District Little A’s through Bongaree Pet Food
  • Passionate long-distance runner herself
  • Runs free distance training sessions every Tuesday afternoon
  • Loves seeing kids enjoy running while building fitness and confidence
Coach Kayleen – All Round Coaching
  • Actively involved in Little Athletics since 2017
  • Started as a dedicated parent, now a key contributor to Bribie District Little Athletics Club
  • Proud parent of two competitive athletes; youngest completing final Little Athletics season
  • Held multiple leadership roles at club level
  • Coaching track events and relays at Bribie District Little Athletics
  • Experienced coordinating and mentoring relay teams and regional participants
  • Passionate about athlete development and inclusive coaching practices
  • Holds the following coaching and officiating qualifications:
    • Introduction to Coaching
    • Introduction to Officiating
    • Level 1 Officiating โ€“ Race Walking
    • PBTR Child Protection and Inclusive Coaching
    • First Aid & CPR
    • Currently serves as Ultimate Athletics Program Assistant โ€“ QLD, supporting coaching programs and athlete growth across the state
